Simple email server with a web interface [on hold]

I have purchased a domain name for my blog, and I'd like to use [email protected] as my email address.

I have a Linux (Ubuntu 13.10) VPS that's running the LAMP stack. I would like to install some software that would include spam filtering, email delivery, etc, but would be simpler to maintain than something like this (possibly hundreds of steps, and a lot of maintenance headaches too I suppose).

I would also require a web interface at mail.mydomain.com - but I suppose that Roundcube is an option

email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe
